Participants from ASEAN Member States visited Mae Phun and Nam Phai Districts in Uttaradit Province. The community-based warning network, inclinometer for landslide monitoring and early warning, geo-hazard risk assessments were among the selected landslide best practices showcased.
The Seminar serves as an enriching forum for expert participants to discuss and exchange ways how observed and projected climate change can be integrated into risk assessments as ASEAN moves towards building resilience and inclusive future.

The case visit brought together ASEAN countries members. Over the course of 5 days, active discussions, on-site learning about Malaysia’s integrated flood management, data-management for disaster risk reduction, and other flood mitigation measures for ASEAN countries were discussed.
